bosiart@bosiart.com Enrico Bosi, master of art, was born in Rome in 1953. He attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, following the course given by the artist Toti Scaloja. He frequented the stage in the 1970s as a mime and actor, working with the Milanese composer Robert Cacciapaglia. This experience in his youth contributed to an artistic formation that is not only aesthetic and figurative, but that incorporates a broader interest for the arts -theater, music and literature - that serves as an added inspiration to his art. Two principal characteristics emerge from his work: the surreal and the ironic, the latter particularly evident in his graphic pieces. This web site acts as a personal gallery space for some of his work, the result of many years of a progressive research. One sign follows another and together form experience.
